Our Board of Directors

Mr. Ndubuisi Rufus

Mr. Rufus is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He serves on the board as the Chairman and directs the day to day supervision and management of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the Lagos State University as well as membership of several international organizations.

Chief Cyracus N. Onwubuariri

Chief Onwubuariri is an Executive Director in charge of Procurement and Supply. He. holds a MSC Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Ibadan and has spent over 30 years in the corporate world.

Mrs. Chioma Rufus

An Executive Director incharge of Administration and Human Resources. She holds a BSc degree from the Michael Okpara University, Umudike Umuahia Abia State and has undergone several courses in human relations, administration and office practice; under Mrs. Rufus, tested professionals are recruited to add value to the operations of the Company while the organogram is structured in such a way to reflect the vision, goal and objective of the company. She has several assistants in the department who daily contribute their own quota to the over all growth of the company.

Our Management Team

Engr. Donatus Emori Ndani

Engr. Ndani is the General Manager Downstream Operations and Retail Marketing. A graduate of Petroleum Engineering form University of Port Harcourt. He has been a staff of Rufus Oil Limited since 2004 rising from the post of Supervisor, Station Manager before being the Head of Downstream and Retails in 2011. He is in charge of day to day running of all outlets including supply networks.

Mr. Nkem Onyekachi

Mr. Nkem Onyekachi Joined Rufus Oil Ltd. in 2017 from Mobitech Nigeria Ltd as the Business Development Manager (BDM). He is a graduate of Business Economics from University of Hertfordshire Business School, United Kingdom. He also holds an advanced Business diploma from the Hertfordshire University Institute of Science And Technology. He has worked as a business development professional and analyst with Multinationals like EE UK, (former T Mobile UK) SHEBANGS GOMIBLE BUSSINNESS UNIT, UK. He set out strategies, policies, budget and forecast for the company and ensures that the company flows with dynamic changes in the emerging business world. He is a devoted Christian and also serves as a volunteering head of administration in his location church. He is happily married.

Mrs. Chinonyerem Owuamalam

Mrs. Chinonyerem Owuamalam Joined Rufus Oil in 2018 as the Chief Finance Officer of the Company. She holds a B.Sc. in applied accounting from Oxford Brookies University Oxfordshire. She is also an affiliate of so many financial organizations including ACCA and ICAN. She is in charge of internal control, Audit and Tax accounting, Budget and forecast and ensures full implementation in line with global financial standards. Before Joining Rufus Oil Ltd, she has served as tax officer in HOMEBASE UK, Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and Conoil Plc. She is happily married with Children.

Mrs. Treasure ljeoma Benigo

Mrs Benigo joined Rufus Oil in 2012 from Multichoice Nigeria Limited as Human Resources Manager. She is in charge of staff recruitment, training and general staff welfare that will in turn enhance productivity for the company. She studied media and mass communication from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State.

Uche Ekechukwu & Co. (Company Secretary)

A firm of reputable lawyers with over 15 years experience in corporate solicitorship. As Company Secretaries, the company coordinate and ensures compliance and regulation of the company affairs, in line with set down guide lines.
